Karl Davis is the President of Davis Technical Staffing & Consulting (DTSC), a thriving company providing staffing, consulting, and training solutions for today’s leading companies looking to maximize their human resource process in acquiring highly skilled employees. Karl attended NC A&T State University where he received a Bachelor of Science Degree in Electrical Engineering. While attending college, Karl headed the electrical team for the Space Shuttle Payload G-316 that flew on NASA’s Space Shuttle Endeavor. He also worked at Newport News Ship Building and assisted in the design of the Ballast Tanks for the US Navy’s Seawolf Submarine.
After college, Karl worked as a Corporate Information Technology Trainer for Nortel Networks. During his professional career he gained 8 years of experience in Management and Operations. Karl merged his IT and Management knowledge to create DTSC in 2001. Other services provided by DTSC include staffing in Professional, Administrative, Information Technology, Light Industrial, Medical and Construction industries and consulting in MWBE Program Management, Workforce Development Programs, Solicitation, Website/Database Development, Technical Training and more.
Karl supports the community and has incorporated his efforts as part of the DTSC culture. DTSC has teamed up with local organizations to provide highly qualified candidates for its clients. DTSC has been recognized by the NC Department of Veteran Affairs for outstanding achievement on employing our nation’s veterans. Over the years DTSC has created lasting relationships with Durham County, City of Durham, State of North Carolina, RDU Airport, Durham Housing Authority, Duke Medicine, and various construction companies with the continued leadership and determination of Karl Davis. DTSC looks to continue building lasting relationships to make each and ever year better than the last one.
