Denise Morris Martin is the President and CEO of Night Hawk Security and Consulting, LLC, a privately held Minority and Woman-owned Business with its corporate headquarters located in Raleigh, North Carolina.
Denise is a native of Martin County and graduated from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill with a Bachelor of Arts in Mathematics. In 2007, Denise founded Night Hawk Security and Consulting, LLC (Night Hawk), a company focused on providing unarmed and armed security officers and patrol professionals, alarm monitoring, security consulting and training.
Night Hawk holds HUB and DBE certifications. Since 2008, Night Hawk has successfully executed contracts that included alarm systems monitoring and project management support for a nationwide client with thousands of branch locations throughout the world, comprehensive security services to a national commercial corporation, State government agencies and local municipalities and for commercial development companies.
