Karl Davis Sr. is the President of Right Build International (RBI), a Construction Management Firm that is HUB and DBE certified. Karl was born in Henderson, NC and graduated from NC A&T State University with a B.S. in Electrical Engineering. In 2008, Karl merged his IT, Design, and Management knowledge to establish RBI. With the increase of construction projects in Durham, Karl was determined to meet the need for a minority construction company that was focused on quality and community involvement.
Karl’s leadership has positioned RBI to perform work with the following clients: Durham County, City of Durham, RDU Airport Authority, Durham Public Schools, Wake County Schools, Duke University, and Research Triangle Foundation. Other current local projects include New Northern High School, 500 Block Parking Deck/Apartments/Retail, and Club and Morehead Elementary Expansion/Renovation Projects.
